HARSH JAGGI
Founder & Managing Partner, RingRoad Partners
Harsh is the Founder and Managing Partner at RingRoad Partners LLC. He has over 25 years of experience in research, banking, and investing.
Prior to RingRoad, Harsh was a Managing Director at Citigroup where he focused on private markets origination and capital solutions. He worked extensively with originators, operators, and investors. Before this role, Harsh was responsible for structured credit sales and strategic solutions sales at Citigroup. He was previously Managing Director in the structured credit and solutions sales team at Deutsche Bank. Harsh also held roles in research and asset management at DLJ and Merrill Asset Management in CMBS, leveraged finance, and CLOs.
Harsh founded and continues to lead South Asians in Finance & Friends (SAIF) for over 18 years to foster fellowship and professional growth. Harsh graduated cum laude in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M.
Krishna Memani
CIO, Lafayette College & Senior Advisor, RingRoad Partners
Krishna is the CIO at Lafayette College. He also is a senior advisor to RingRoad Partners. Previously, Krishna Memani served as Vice Chairman of Investments at Invesco. Krishna joined Invesco when the firm combined with OppenheimerFunds in 2019, where he was the Chief Investment Officer . Before he joined OppenheimerFunds in 2009, he was a managing director at Deutsche Bank, heading US and European credit analysis. Earlier, he headed global credit research at Credit Suisse, was in charge of high grade and high yield portfolios at Putnam Investments, and was the Fixed Income Strategist and manager of Mortgage Research at Morgan Stanley. He also worked as a Research Analyst at Morgan Stanley and Price Waterhouse.
Krishna earned a BE degree from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, an MA degree in economics with a focus on econometrics from the University of Florida, and an MBA from the University of Florida.
Kishore Yalamanchili
Advisor, RingRoad Partners
Kishore is an Advisor at RingRoad Partners. He brings over 24 years of experience managing fixed income portfolios and in developing quantitative models to RingRoad.
Kishore Yalamanchili is currently a Managing Director at NewOak Capital, managing the receivables portfolios of the company's fintech operations, and providing consulting services in structured finance. Before NewOak, he held senior portfolio management positions at BlackRock, Karya Capital, and Prudential Financial. Kishore has served as a board member of major industry conferences, is a regular speaker at industry events, and has taught finance courses at Harvard Business School and Brandeis University.
Kishore has a Ph.D. in Civil/Structural Engineering from Clemson University, and an MBA in Analytic Finance from the University of Chicago, and he also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
Bhavik Khatri
Advisor, RingRoad Partners
Bhavik is an Advisor at RingRoad Partners. He has over 10 years of experience in alternative assets. He is an ex-banker, seasoned investor, and value-creating business developer turned crypto enthusiast.
Bhavik is currently the Director of Business Development at Cross River, a leading financial technology focused bank, leading and building their digital asset lending business. Previously, he led business development for Tempo Music, a $1bn private equity firm focused on media and entertainment assets. Prior to Tempo, he was on the investment committee at Maritime Finance Company, a $1bn KKR-backed credit fund. He started his career at Citi as an investment banking analyst where he underwrote $4bn+ in structured credit.
Bhavik graduated with a MS and BS in Finance from the University of Florida.
Satakshi Malik, CFA
Advisor, RingRoad Partners
Satakshi is an Advisor at RingRoad Partners. At RingRoad, Satakshi helps with sourcing and due diligence process on private markets transactions.
Satakshi has a rich academic and professional experience and brings extensive credit expertise in applying fundamental analysis, deal/portfolio-level analytics, trading and risk management disciplines. Her expertise spans a diverse set of credit products across the capital structure and liquidity spectrum predominantly in Commercial Real Estate, Asset-Backed, IG/HY, including distressed. Satakshi has both sell-side as well as buy-side credentials evaluating risks over a full business/credit cycle. She spent most of her career at Deutsche Bank but also worked at HSBC and JPMorgan briefly. She is currently a Director at Credit Agricole within credit risk administration for their Commercial & Investment Bank.
Satakshi has a MS in Computational Finance from Carnegie Mellon, MBA from Institute of Management Technology (Ghaziabad, India) and BS in Electronics Engineering from Khurukshetra University (India).
Alexei Patokin， CFA

Alex is an Investment Analyst at Ring Road Partners.
Alex is a CFA® charterholder.
He has over 5 years of experience in asset management at Sculptor Capital Management.
Covered the hedge fund space, specifically long-short, opportunistic credit, and multi-strategy.
Experience with financial reporting, investor transparency, oversight, and control functions.
Prior experience in reporting estimates and investment tracking.
Qiaoan(Joanna) Yang

Joanna is an Investment Intern at RingRoad Partners.
Joanna is currently a graduate student at Columbia University majoring in Financial Mathematics.
She graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a double degree in Applied Mathematics and Data Science majors with concentrations in Operation Research and Mathematics Modeling.
She has previously interned at McKinsey & Company as Strategic Consulting Intern.
Zichun(Lisa) Jin

Lisa is currently a graduate student at Columbia University majoring in Financial Mathematics.
She graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a double degree in Financial Math & Statistics and Economics & Accounting.
She has previously interned at Industrial Securities as a Fixed Income Intern.
